The location near a seaside pleasure pier was peaceful and ideal. We had a very enjoyable stay in our well-laid-out and tastefully decorated room. - the breakfast was freshly made, even for vegetarians, and there was a lot of food.

Everything was good from the excellent service to the fabulous food. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was unbeatable and prime, within walking distance of a performing arts theater. The stay was very nice, would recomand.

Very well presented accommodation - great attention to detail with excellent refurbishment. Very pleasant hosts.
Nothing major but I did wonder why the menu included fried and scrambled eggs but no boiled or poached eggs (my preference) !

Darren was a very friendly host and made us welcome for the two nights of our stay. The bedroom was large and very clean with comfortable twin beds and a great power shower which really wakes you up in the morning. The breakfast was cooked to order and we were asked if we would like more tea, coffee and toast We would certainly stay at Boyne House again if we visit Eastbourne.

The room was clean, spacious, and airy, which made for a comfortable stay. It was also nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Plus, the location was great, with convenient access to local shops and pubs.
Parking was a bit of a challenge, especially on a Friday night. the streets nearby had limited spaces, and parallel parking was stressful, especially with a big car.

My friend and I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful stay at the Boyne House Guest House. The room was furnished very tastefully and elegantly. It was absolutely clean, bright, spacious and provided all the comfort that you need. Our hosts were incredibly nice and courteous. The breakfast was also lovely and the location is perfect. I highly recommend the Boyne House Guest House.
I can think of absolutely nothing that I didn't like about the Boyne House.
